All War Memorials to be VAT free

Responsible department: Department for Culture, Media and Sport

Ensure that ALL War Memorials are free of VAT, and that Charities etc can reclaim for work carried out on ALL such monuments. In addition, to ensure that this VAT is not charged on the Bomber Command Memorial in Green Park, paid by public subscription.
