No one working in the public sector should be paid more than £100 000 per year

Some public sector employees are paid too much in this time of austerity and need to be paid closer to the wages of the people that elected them. i would like to see the higher paid civil servents like politicans and coucil leaders have a wage cap of one hundred thousand pounds to save the nations finance.
