Brain Scans For Newborn Babies

We would like for the introduction of brain scans for newborn babies, after it emerged that my 19 year old son who passed away recently of a brain haemorrhage, was diagnosed of having a deformation of a vessel in the back of the head since birth. There are more and more cases of these kind of tragic events taking place.
