RED BEACONS FOR BREAKDOWN AND RECOVERY VEHICLES

This is a request on behalf of the Breakdown and Recovery industry and its roadside operators asking that RED BEACONS be allowed to be fitted to our industries vehicles to help reduce the number of deaths and serious injuries to our staff and the general public that we are assisting.
Given that amber beacons are fitted to so many other vehicles and unregulated, we the Breakdown and recovery operators respectfully ask to be granted permission to fit RED BEACONS/STROBES to inhance our safety.
