Limit Incomers' Entitlement To Human Rights

Introduce legislation to limit the access of foreigners arriving in this country to the range of laws and entitlements, such as the Human Rights Act and access to the Legal Aid Fund, until they have been legally resident and contributing taxes to the country for at least 20 years. This is what we the electorate want our elected representatives in the House of Commons to do - accede to the wishes of the people who put them there.
