15 Trillion Dollar Money Laundering

Requests the HM Treasury for an official public enquiry with regard to a massive money laundering operation of some 15 trillion dollars alleged to have been laundered by a foreign government, as stated by Lord James of Blackheath in the House or Lords, 15 February 2012. The official public enquiry is to investigate, account and provide recommendations for the recovery of uncollected tax on profits made by various banks and/or the recovery of money from the European banking system. To qualify if any Bank or foreign government, named by Lord James has acted illegally or inappropriately in these financially disturbing times.
