Make Transfer Deadline Day a Bank Holiday

I propose that the 31st January becomes a national bank holiday, to celebrate transfer deadline day. Harry Redknapp giving interviews through car windows, wild rumours flying across the country. What is not to love? On a slightly more serious note, the UK has the lowest amount of bank holidays in Europe, so I believe making transfer deadline day a bank holiday would be a good idea for all concerned.
