In democratic countries citizens have the right to call a referendum, not to beg party politicians to discuss something. Many decisions can be taken by popular vote, eg the government says it has no time to fill its promise to review the legislation on hunting. More heads are better than fewer! Trust the people! Give us the right to call a referendum.
