Full Exposure of the purpose of Bank of England Nominees Limited

We want the government to inform the British electorate the full purpose of the Bank of England Nominees Ltd, which was formed the same year the Bank of England was nationalised and is registered as a private limited company. We want to know who the individual shareholders are and their interest and involvement in the afore said company.
