Better broadband speeds in rural areas - now

I live in a rural area. I have a small business. My broadband speed is not much better than dial-up. (Some people only have dial-up). If people and small businesses in rural areas are to have an up-to-date lifestyle and some chance of viability, they need much better broadband speeds - now.
