Thank you for your e-petition on the issue of capital punishment.    Following the launch of the site, some duplicate e-petitions were erroneously added to the site. Following a review, this e-petition has been identified as a duplicate of an existing e-petition (http://submissions.epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/138) as set out in the Terms and Conditions.  It has been closed to new signatures and moved to the 'Rejected' category visible on the site.
