Link wages and bonuses of those at the top of an organisation to those at the bottom

The renumeration of all employees of an organisation, both private and public – from chairman and CEO to the lowest paid employees – should be linked via a published, fixed multiple. The CEO, for example, can earn no more than 20 times the income of the lowest paid employee; any per centage annual pay increase and bonus should be applied equally to every employee of the organisation.
